How can I obtain an enrollment certification (proof of enrollment)?

A:

You may submit the request through OASIS in the Request Transcript/Letter of Certification option of the Student Records Main menu or you may mail or fax a completed on-line Certification Request form to the Record Services and Registration Office at (706) 542-6578. Standard forms are also available at the Record Services and Registration Office, 105 Holmes/Hunter Academic Building.
