TAP Application Form
Before completing this application form, please note the following important information:
1) Registration for TAP courses prior to the TAP registration period is not permitted. Those who register for TAP courses prior to this date will be ineligible to participate in TAP for one semester.
2) UGA employees participating in the TAP Program at UGA should not provide copies of their grade reports to the UGA TAP Coordinator as stated in the Employee Certification section of the TAP application form. The UGA TAP Coordinator automatically receives a report at the end of the semester providing this information. Non-UGA employees taking TAP courses at UGA will be required to observe this rule.
3) Certain fees, such as lab fees, are not covered by TAP; see Student Fees under TAP Definitions for more information.
4) Please be aware that under the TAP Program, deadlines for filing TAP applications are the same for all USG institutions. Beginning Spring semester, 2005, these deadlines will be strictly enforced!
