The Office of the Registrar help e-mail is for submitting general questions and comments only.

In accordance with the University System of Georgia Board of Regents guidelines for release of student information, the Office of the Registrar does not currently accept e-mail requests for records services since current e-mail standards do not guarantee the authenticity of the sender. To request a transcript, certification (proof of enrollment status, degrees awarded, GPA etc.), name change, address change, or replacement diploma, please see the Record Services section of our home page for instructions or call (706) 542-4040 for assistance. We regret that we are unable to honor e-mail requests for any of the above record services at this time.
